Terms and Conditions

Website” means https://www.myawedding.com/  which includes all links and products which appear on the website.

“Acceptance of Terms” shall mean acceptance of these terms and conditions in its entirety, and the time of acceptance will be the time of registering an inquire and submission of all personal details as set out hereunder.

By submitting the details, the user acknowledges that he /she understands the terms and conditions and accepts them as binding.

‘User” includes natural persons and legal entities, who, by acceptance of these terms and conditions, agree to be bound to the terms and conditions to meet all obligations set out herein.

‘’Products’’ are the packages as more fully described in annex A hereunder which are incorporated into these terms and conditions​.

“Personal Data” Mya Wedding protects and uses in an appropriate manner the personal information that has been gathered either online or through the professional services it offers or through communication/collaboration with a third party.

“GDPR” Mya Wedding is pursuant to the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), for collecting and processing your personal data and is committed to protecting, properly managing and handling your personal data.

Mya Wedding collects and processes personal data to the extent necessary for the purposes of a full wedding planner service. Name, address, telephone number, E-mail address, sex, date of birth, place (or country) of residence, passport number, workplace information (such as corporation name, division, position), IP address, Cookie information (including similar information technology, web site browsing history).

Mya Wedding from time to time collects and processes special categories of personal data pursuant to the standards set forth in the GDRP, for the purposes of performing contracts.
Mya Wedding retains personal data for the duration necessary for fulfilling legal obligations, ensuring provision of services, and maintaining business activities

In general, Mya Wedding gathers personal data which are necessary to meet your requests. For example if you are using our services we will use your personal data in order to deliver these services to you according to the terms of our agreement. In addition, the data that you provide are being used to protect our legal interests such as offering the best and more suitable content on our website, email and newsletter, improving and promoting our products and services as well as managing other legal issues like preventing fraud. Even when we use personal information for our legal interests, your rights and interests are still priority. Wherever additional information is required you will be informed accordingly.

The User acknowledges that the website may advertise the names and details of certain sponsors or entities as part of the product content. The User warrants that he/she will not broadcast any advertisements, jingles or any other marketing material referring to the said sponsor in undiluted form. The User downloads and utilizes anything from the website at his/her own risk and will ensure that his/her hardware is properly protected against any viruses etc. and that they have the necessary software needed to download the products.

The User certifies that all personal information is furnished voluntarily and that he/she is fully aware of the purpose for furnishing such personal information to wit: the conclusion of a legal and binding agreement with Mya Wedding.

Force Majeure Events means any event or circumstance, or combination of events or circumstance, beyond the reasonable control of the Mya Wedding occurring on or after the date on which the agreement has been entered into by the User. If by reason of a Force Majeure Event and Mya Wedding is wholly or partially unable to perform its obligations under this agreement, Mya Wedding shall notify the User of the Force Majeure Event within 72 hours after Mya Wedding has become aware of the occurrence of that Force Majeure Event, describing that Force Majeure Event in reasonable details and, to the extent that it can be reasonably determined at the time of the notice, a preliminary evaluation of the obligations affected and a preliminary estimate of the period of time that Mya Wedding will be unable to perform the obligations.

Upon the occurrence of the Force Majeure Event and the effect thereof Mya wedding shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligation under the agreement to the extent that such a failure or delay in performance has been caused by or contributed to such Force Majeure Event or its effect or by any combination thereof and the time limits and deadlines for the performance by the effected Mya Wedding of its obligations under this agreement, which are affected by such Force Majeure Events  shall be extended day- for-day for as long as the affected Mya Wedding is unable to perform, or is delayed in performing, such obligations because of the occurrence of, or the effect of, such Force Majeure Event. Mya Wedding shall not be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by the User as a result of a Force Majeure Events or its effect.

The parties agree that these terms and conditions, including Annex A, constitute the entire agreement between them, and that no amendments will be of any force and effect unless it is decided in writing and signed by both parties. Any amendment and supplement to this agreement shall come into force only after a written agreement is signed by both parties fourteen (14) days before the event date. The amendments and supplement duly executed by both parties shall be part of this agreement and shall have the same legal effect as this agreement.

The Parties agree that these terms, together with the selection of the relevant product as set out in annex A will constitute the entire offer of Mya Wedding to the User which the User unconditionally accepts by signing “the quotation full wedding planner service” hereunder.

The User selects a product under the general contract conditions as set out here-under:

Annex A

  1. Mya Wedding staff is available from Monday to Friday h.9-18 by email, phonecall and for meetings and inspections. In case you need to contact or meet Mya Wedding staff in the evening or during the weekend, an immediate response or presence is not guaranteed;
  2. No other professional organizers, designers or coordinators will be accepted at the event. Mya Wedding staff will be the sole organizer and coordinator and the sole person in charge of procedural and logistical issues
  3. Mya Wedding is not responsible in any case about the agreements between the Client and the other vendors;
  4. Mya Wedding will exclusively work with the Client to organize, run, conduct and coordinate the event. Friends and relatives are asked not to interfere with Mya Wedding work as for schedule changes, assignment of tasks, etc.
  5. In case of a force majeure event (illness, pandemic, climatic events, etc.) if Mya Wedding cannot properly perform its duties, have to propose to the Client another planner who will undertake the event and the processing of the agreed;
  6. In case of changes in the date of the event, Mya Wedding has the possibility to accept or not the new date according to the availability and to adapt the quotation of the existing agreement to the new date;
  7. All offered suppliers are selected by Mya Wedding in strict consistency and quality criteria. The price trading is not a top priority for an event programmer – Mya Wedding will pursue cooperation with suppliers / sellers to receive a reasonable discount where possible. Any offer can be modified up to two times
  8. Mya Wedding will suggest up to 2-3 vendors to the Client for each category that is mentioned to the agreed services list, according to availability and level of expertise.
  9. The Client is obliged to grant timely approval in writing on the services and objects intended for the conduct of its event, as well as on other issues to be decided by Mya Wedding in consultation with the Client
  10. The Client is obliged to ensure the full financing of the expenses of the partners proposed by the company and the timely payment of these as assigned to each, paying the relevant amounts to Mya Wedding which has the responsibility for monitoring the work, their repayment and their overall coordination
  11. Loss or damage: In case of loss, damage or wear (partial or total) of the specific equipment at its site event, responsible is the Client and Mya Wedding will inform him about the additional costs that should replace the damaged items to repair the damage.
  12. The total amount of the agreement will be paid as follows:
  • advance payment of 40% of the agreed fee is paid at the service confirmation (not refundable to the couple for any reason)
  • intermediate second installment payment of 40% of the agreed fee is paid 6 months before the event
  • balance of the agreed fee 20% is paid at least ten days before the event;
  1. If the event is canceled, please find the cancellation policy below:
  • cancellation within 10 months before the event: deposit amount
  • cancellation within 6 months before the event: deposit amount + amount to reach the 80% of the total;
  • cancellation within 10 days before the event: deposit amount + amount to reach the 90% of the total;
  1. The Client allows Mya Wedding to use photos and videos of the event to promote its work on Mya Wedding’s websites and blogs, social networks, company promotional leaflets, sampling albums, interview publications, etc.
Client agrees and accepts the above price offer to be fully justified and customized according to his needs/ requested services and accepts all terms and conditions.

“Intellectual Property” means any content developed and provided by Mya Wedding remains the property of Mya Wedding. Any information (including, but not limited to – run sheets, floor plans, proposals, pricing, vendor tips, hire list, budgeting templates, ceremony scripts, vow examples, etc.) shared with you as the client must remain confidential and is not to be shared with others without getting prior written consent from Mya Wedding.

“Other Vendors” Mya Wedding does not accept any commissions from recommended vendors and cannot guarantee any service providers performance or product. Mya Wedding will forward all related contracts and invoices to you as the client to review, sign, and arrange payment. If Mya Wedding recommend that you engage a third party to provide you with goods or services, Mya Wedding do so on the basis that Mya Wedding does not accept any liability whether in contract, equity, tort (including negligence), an enactment or otherwise in relation to that assistance or recommendation. The performance of requirements under any contract entered by you as the client will not bind Mya Wedding to the terms of that contract. However, Mya wedding may, from time to time, be required to perform and/or manage contracts if necessary. When oversight and/or management is required, you will be made aware of the specific management and/or oversight details required by Mya Wedding to ensure the event day progresses as planned. To avoid any doubt, Mya Wedding will assist, but you (as the client and as a party to that contract) will remain liable in full under the terms of the contract(s) which you have signed. You as the client will make direct payments to the service provider and NOT to Mya Wedding.

“Unlawful Activity” The client and Mya Wedding or its employees will comply with all legal compliance requirements including: health and safety, lawful orders of police and/or fire services and will not do anything on the wedding premises in violation of any laws, rules or orders. If unlawful activities should occur on the premises by the client and/or wedding guests and the wedding is cancelled, there will be no refund of any kind from Mya Wedding to the client.

“Damage” Mya Wedding assumes no responsibility for ANY damage or loss of merchandise, alcohol, equipment, furniture, clothing or other valuables prior to, during, or after the event.

The client understands that accidents/breakage and/or damage may sometimes occur. Mya Wedding will not be liable for any damage or loss, unless specifically caused by the negligent actions or conduct of Mya Wedding or its employees.

The parties agree that the Law of Greece will be applicable in the event of any dispute. The parties further agree to the Jurisdiction of the Courts of Thessaloniki to institute any action or make application which comes from this agreement.
